[Ars X Coco Pre-order NOTICE]

1. Order Cancellation and Refund Policy
-After the pre-order period ends, product cancellations and refunds are not possible.
-Cancellations can only be accepted for orders placed until 2:00 PM on September 14th, 2023, and orders received after that time cannot be canceled or refunded.

2. Photo Card Gift Conditions
-Photo cards will be provided based on the completed payment amount within the gift period, starting from purchases of 50,000 KRW or more.
-In the case of payment cancellations, the canceled orders will be excluded from the random card distribution.

3. Photo Card Shipping Schedule
-Photo cards will be shipped along with the purchased products when production is completed in November.
-The photo cards will be included and shipped together with the purchased products.

6. Shipping will begin 60 to 90 days after the event ends on September 14th, on a first-come, first-served basis.
